New Fish Tails Swim School in Stuart Opens – a truly First Class Operation

By August 8th, 2019No Comments

Sometimes you just KNOW that something is going to work out great. That is what we felt a few years ago when John and Dottie Krutulis first approached us on building a new swim school on the Treasure Coast. Not only were they seasoned swim school industry veterans, but they were also very experienced business people and always do things First Class. Then they hired Tracie Lowe as the General Manager of the new school and now you have a trifecta of swim school management expertise that is seldom seen.  Throw in Aquadynamics Design leading edge pool design, SwimConsultant.com (Andy Broido) award-winning teaching curriculum, and CES’s 30+ year Swim School expertise in treatment system operation and you have a great recipe for success.

Well, after the crazy trials and tribulations of construction, and no they did not commit Hari-kari…we are proud to announce the Grand Opening of the new Fish Tails Swim School. The new school is located on US1 in Stuart, in the same shopping center which includes Publix, Gold’s Gym, a hair salon, a gymnastics studio, and more. So we’re sure that Fish Tails will be hopping very soon.

Besides the clean and inviting lobby, observation area and changing rooms, the facility features a beautiful 24′ x 41’ pool complete with a lots of teaching stations for babies, kids, teens, and adults.

Under the hood, the pool is equipped with State-of-the-Art Water Treatment Systems utilizing drinking-water grade filtration, ultra-precise control of pool chemistry, special ultra-dilute chemicals, and a state of the art UV (ultraviolet) system that kills any bacteria, viruses, and molds in a single pass. The water is circulated in a mere 2 hours — or 300% faster than required by Code, just another sign of John & Dottie’s commitment to quality.

This results in safe, clean, clear and inviting water with minimum odors and irritants every minute of every day. All water quality parameters are electronically monitored 24/7, and their team is instantaneously alerted of any parameter before it can fall out of optimum range.

Inside the glassed-in room, where all the Learn-to-swim magic happens, a special air handling system provides precise control of pool temperature, air temperature, and relative humidity. Working with the UV system, it removes air-borne impurities and unpleasant odors, and is designed to provide the optimum environment for all patrons.

We are confident that the Fish Tails school is going to knock it out of the park, and look forward to watching them grow and flourish.

Please join us in congratulating John, Dottie, and Tracie on a job well done, and best of luck in the future… although Luck can be described as when Preparation Meets Opportunity and Fish Tails has carefully planned to have plenty of both.
