| We were surprised that we had made the South Florida Business Journal’s list of Top 25 Hispanic-Owned companies in South Florida. At first glance you probably think… what the heck, top 25? But we’re actually quite flattered by it. We were pretty excited considering #1 was a major developer with an annual revenue of $2.818 billon dollars. Yep, billions…that beat us by a mere $2.8 billion, give or take, but we’ll keep trying. Now in our 40th year, we have grown from our humble roots of two brothers who applied their expertise in Solar Energy and High Efficiency Technologies to the pool industry, to a staff of 59 professionals who have dedicated most of their adult lives to making pool water safer and more appealing for tens of millions of swimming pool patrons across the US. We consider ourselves blessed as some of our CES staff have been with the company 40 years, 33 years, 30 years, 27 years, 25, 24, 23, 21… well you get the picture. Our average tenure is almost 9 years, even counting all new trainees, admin, field, and accounting staff. Yes, experience IS the best teacher. |
We are also blessed that we have the opportunity to work for some pretty special companies, led by folks who are dedicated to providing top notch facilites that are both appealing and safe. Some of our customers have been loyal to CES for 40-years, and that is really special to us. Some of our suppliers have also been loyal for 40 years as well, and you don’t hear that happening too often these days.
