Backstroke Pennants

Our Backstroke Pennants are available in a variety of colors.The heavy duty pennants are constructed of vinyl with a canvas header. Triangular shaped pennants, size: 12″ w x 18″ l. Each pennant line consists of 3/16″ vinyl coated stainless steel cable, one take up reel (includes cover and allen wrench), and one stainless steel spring with cable lock.
